DENVER – Clear Reach Networks – a leader in integrated voice and data hosted IP telephony service - and Dash911 Solutions – the premier e911 solution for VoIP - announced a merger of the two companies. The new company will do business under the Dash Carrier Services name with headquarters in Denver, Colo. Clear Reach will add Dash911’s e911 service to its portfolio of wholesale carrier services. Dash now offers a growing suite of services that will enable VoIP service providers to leverage a single partner in fulfilling their voice needs.
The addition of e911 expands the existing Clear Reach offering of wholesale VoIP origination, VoIP termination, 411 Directory Assistance, and CNAM delivery. Dash will continue to offer e911 service under the Dash911 name.
“We are confident that our growing portfolio of services will continue to attract VoIP service providers that are seeking a single source partner,” said Justin Nelson, Dash’s chief executive officer. “Dash911 is the leader in e911 solutions and is a key addition to our service offerings.”
Clear Reach Networks was founded in 2002 with a focus on delivering premier voice and data services along with exceptional personal support. Clear Reach has built a solid network that provides reliable voice services nationwide while maintaining a personal touch with its customers.
Dash911 Solutions was formed in 2005 in response to the growing number of smaller VoIP providers looking for an affordable way to provide nomadic e911 services to their customers as mandated by the FCC. |
